		<description>Thanks for the update man!

I&#039;d say I fell off the wagon this week due to work travel, but I did take time out between the meetings and happy hour to get a work-out in at the fancy-pants hotel gym. (Since I am not lucky enough to have a gym in my real life.) Took last night off to catch up on much-needed sleep from said work and just finished a half-ass work-out here in my living room. Complete w/3 kinds of crunches, but not nearly 250 of them.

Tomorrow starts the 1st day of MS 150 training for the SLT team but the rain and shitty coldness might require us to sleep in later and wait out the storm. Cheers to that-me and that early morning crud don&#039;t mix.

I was around 219 after new years and am back down to 213 today! My personal-life issues and stresses have improved (THANKFULLY) and I think my life will go back to &quot;normal&quot;. That includes how I eat and workout.

More to come over the weekend based on mileage on the bike..peace out and Happy Friday all!</description>
