		<description>Day 3.  Chicken Cesar salad with Attitude (a la Sweet Mama).  My wife makes a mean cesar salad that all our friends and family love.  I&#039;m not sure exactly what it is, but I do know there is lots of garlic without it being overpowering.

As for the crunches, I&#039;m struggling with getting those in.  I got 75.  That is about the max of what I can handle in a single set right now and I&#039;m having trouble squeezing in the multiple sets throughout the day.

For day 4 I hope to get 2 sets in for 150 or so at least.  If I can get a 3rd set that might get me to the 250.</description>

		<description>Cabbage actually makes me sick -- I may have a mild allergy to it.  Same with brussel sprouts (how ever you spell that).  My wife loves it though.  She had a wonderful salad with cabbage at the pot luck.  It looked good and I tried a bite.  It was quite bitter to me.</description>
