Only managed 50 crunches for day 2 (that was yesterday). Was planning to do 5 sets of 50 throughout the day -- you know how that went! Tomorrow's another day (actually, today 8=)

Sweet Mama and I were at a potluck for supper and someone brought a broccoli salad. Never would have thought of such a thing but it was fantastic! Had a few other green veggies as well.

Day 2 new fruit was a pear - enjoyed it more than the apple. Traveled back home and did the 250 crunches last night.

Getting ready to knock out my crunches now. Had asparagus AND broccoli for dinner. Talk about double-crunch! LOL

Good job everyone! It's a bit amazing to be participating in this with all of you from all over the globe! Gosh, I love the internet! I've never been part of an international challenge before.

(Just look what you've started Seth!)

Catch up with you all tomorrow. . have a restful night.

Sounds yummy! We're up to our ears in cabbage at the moment. Made sauerkraut yesterday, making kimchi today. Winter vegetables are priced well here, whereas other veggies are 3x what they are in the summer. Makes sense, but takes getting used to if you're used to year-round variety in the US.
