		<description>I&#039;m in a slightly different place with the cardio portion of the challenge. The 5k is less than I usually do in a cardio workout, so the big challenge for me is going every day. I work toward a monthly cardio minutes goal, so this has been good to get me to the gym very consistently!</description>
