Hello Seth, happy holidays. I have no new year resolutions. Must I have them? I won't stress about it this year. I feel that if i make a resolution, i'm guilty of something... I think i will keep my resolution/s a secret this year. Maybe that will work. LOL.... I'm in constant touch with the voice inside my head anyway ...

Nice to meet you

Hi Sara! It sounds like you're already rocking your new lifestyle!

Remember, if you don't have time to go to the gym, you always have 10 minutes to get your heart rate up doing some stairs or going for a quick jog!

Take good care of you!

My starting-small resolution is to go to bed by 11pm. Hoping other things will fall into place if I'm not going through the first half of my day in a tired stupor. Sleep is one of those foundational things, ya know?

"I went to bed on time" prolly isn't something friends would care about .. you're right.

Thanks for recognizing the importance of little goals.

I have already started my 2010 resolutions/outlook a little early this year when I was fired from my job the end of November. They are:

I. Stop making excuses. If you don't like something change it.

II. Once I realized that I am, for the most part, in control of my life I could handle what I stuffed my face with. Conscience=better choices and better choices=quality food.

III. Try new things. I have been taking classes at my local gym and had a free consult with a trainer. She showed me lots of awesome ideas and made me feel less lost at the gym. I have a great foundation walking into 2010 knowing my stats, weight and measurements with a clear goal in mind.

I have never really taken the time out for myself in my 24 years. I have been stuck in horrible patterns and have been abusive to myself in thought, nutrition, relationships ect. Now that I have time to reset I realize it is one of the best things to have ever happened to me.

So 2010, the year of the reset. I am excited, bring it.

Hi Thesa!

I've been off soda for awhile. Taking care of myself includes daily exercise... when I don't I tend to get angsty and grouchy now! A bad mood for me is nearly always fixed by a few miles of perspiration. =)

You are a very lovable person. Loving yourself shouldn't be especially difficult. ;)

It's Christmas. Most of the people who can identify with this part of my life are still eating!

Thank you so much for all your support! There is a triumph waiting for you at the end of your journey!
